Сancellation policy
Contract for the rental of residential premises. The contract for the rental of residential premises is considered to be concluded through the offer after clicking the "Book" button on the booking form, which is the acceptance of the offer. The rental day is calculated from 14: 00 to 12: 00 the next day (regardless of the time of arrival). Rental of residential premises (subject to availability) from 6: 00 to 14: 00 is calculated automatically by the site when choosing the time of arrival. The rental of residential premises after 12.00 hours (if possible) is also calculated automatically by the site at the rate of 10% of the cost of the day for each hour. Unless otherwise provided by the contract, other terms of employment of residential premises, in case of refusal of the tenant from hiring less than 2 days before the start of the term of employment-a penalty penalty is charged in the amount of the cost of 1 day of hiring (the security deposit is not refundable). If you cancel your reservation no later than 2 days before arrival, the payment will be fully refunded. To cancel the rental of residential premises, the tenant must call +79218657601, specifying the name and booking number (see the booking confirmation). The employment contract is considered canceled if the manager has confirmed the cancellation of the reservation and you have received a corresponding email. Children under the age of 4 years stay free of charge, without providing an extra bed. If you need an additional seat, the cost is 250 rubles. At the end of the rental period, the tenant is obliged to vacate the residential premises before 12.00 hours or to extend the rental period of the residential premises, paying for the entire estimated period. The extension of the rental period is made only if there is no hiring for this residential space by another person. If the Tenant reduces the rental period, the Landlord withholds an amount equal to the cost of one day of accommodation following the actual days lived by the Tenant. This amount is a payment for the reservation of Housing in the name of the Tenant for the entire period of his stay. The landlord does not provide hotel services in the residential premises, does not carry out activities provided for by the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 1085 of 09.10.2015. The residential premises are also not a means of accommodation, and are provided exclusively for short-term rental purposes. In compliance with Federal Law No. 109-FZ of July 18, 2006 "On Migration Registration of foreign citizens and Stateless Persons in the Russian Federation", we make registration and send a notification to the Department of Internal Affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia about the arrival of a foreign citizen or a stateless person in the place of stay in the territory of the Russian Federation." We have the right to refuse to rent residential premises in the absence of documents confirming their legal presence on the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
